I highly recommend this pasta machine. It even came with a dumpling cutter and press mold. Absolutely excellent craftsmanship and very easy to set up and smooth operation. It can make noodles if you choose to attach the cutter (included) or rolls out flat solid sheets of dough. The dough thickness can be adjusted with two screws so it can be made thick to very thin (as thin as 2-3 mm). It works perfectly. I give it 10 stars!
