This is a fantastic product, worked as expected with tons of options and the ability to configure settings is very handy. Everything installed properly and it works despite not having a dedicated POS server! The ability to reduce receipt size has been a huge thing for us. Only issue we ran into was an issue on our side of things not fully uninstalling our old drivers, but once we did a full uninstall it worked like a dream.
