BEWARE! We purchased this machine two times. Both machines had motor failures. Warranty is only for 30 days. These machines consistently stop working. Vendor does not care about customers. When it works it’s a great machine, however; I cannot recommend this to anyone. We cut about 2-3 potatoes daily. While it looks like a commercial product, it does not even stand up in a light residential environment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. In a few month this slicer will die. Very unfortunate experience NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.Though the concept is a good idea, this machine appears very hurried in assembly and appears to be very flimsy. The motor doesn't have the power to properly cut a Golden Russet Potato. It will do standard Russet potatoes fine. Machine is easy to clean and it has a small foot print. Our main purpose to buy this was to offer fresh cut fries on our food truck. Our season is coming up so we will see just how good this really is when we get in full swing. May be too slow for our purposes.Works really well but it needs some disassembly to clean up the debris.Its pretty good and it works well in a commercial kitchen! The only thing is its a bit slow so if your in a hurry a manual one might work better but overall good purchase!This is a great product. Making fries has never been easier. One push of the button and voila!Works well.....just wish there was an option fir serated blades.Buyer Beware: I purchased this product and used it for 2 weeks only for it to break. I then tried to contact the seller to get a replacement unit on 3 separate occasions and got no responses. Amazon says I'm not guaranteed for a refund through them and I have to keep contacting the unresponsive seller. Total loss. Not worth the money or the frustration. I'd give it zero stars but that's not an option unfortunately.
