This machine is not a shining example of elegant industrial design. But it does what I wanted - easily sheets and cuts dough for ramen noodles. Deducting one star due to sharp metal edges that can draw blood. Use something like a pastry brush for cleanup.Well it does do a very wide sheet, but the build on this thing lacks any kind of precision. We had to take it apart the first day because it was making a rattling sound. Turns out a few bolts were loose on the gears. Then we noticed flakes of plastic in our pasta. The guards were too tight on the rollers so that had to be adjusted. On top of that, adjusting the rollers is extremely difficult and almost impossible to have both sides the same.I use it and it came up pretty awesome, the background noise that the machine came out if pretty low. Overall it not badThis machine was GREAT! Sadly it stopped working but that was probably not something anyone could've helped prevent. While requesting for a refund, the seller was very helpful and processed the refund asap!! Although my machine didn't last long, it did what it was supposed to do.good quality,easy use
